Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses at this time.

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — $5.99
• Express Shipping — $9.99

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it upon arrival, photograph the packaging before opening, and contact us at AveMariaArtificium@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

No Shipping Insurance We do not automatically include shipping insurance on orders. If you would like to discuss insurance options for high-value orders, please contact us before placing your order.
