Refund policy

We currently do not accept returns, or do refunds. However, if you contact us at AveMariaArtificium@protonmail.com we will try to work with you to make things right.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. By immediately we mean after the package is received and opened. Take photos of the package prior to opening if there is obvious damage. Contact us promptly within 48 hours after the package has been delivered.
